Chinese Soccer, a New Experience

Our professors Luís Suárez-Arrones and Ignacio Torreño talking about some differences between European and Chinese Soccer. They tell us about how they have implemented strength training in the Chinese league.

These professionals also explain the methodological differences for the design of tasks in that continent because the individualist soccer of the Chinese league generated difficulties in the design of collective tasks.
