At FSI Training, we process the information provided by the interested parties in order to offer the requested services. We will never send advertising without first obtaining your consent.

The personal data that you provide us through our website fsi.training, by e-mail or by contracting any service, will be kept while the service is provided and / or for possible legal liabilities.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the provision of the services you request from us.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data will not be communicated to third parties outside the company without your consent. However, and for the provision of the service depending on the contracted option, some of our suppliers may have access to the information you provide. All third parties with which FSI Training works comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
This information is detailed in our contract of Treatment Assignment, which will be signed by the client at the moment of accepting the contracting of a service provided by FSI Training.
What are your rights once you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not FSI is processing personal data concerning him/her.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In addition, you may exercise the right to the portability of the information FSI holds about you, for which you will always be provided in a readable and commonly used format, as well as the cancellation and deletion of the data we hold about you, provided that the deletion does not imply a breach of legislation on our part; in that case, we will block them only for the use of the actions foreseen in said regulations.

How do we obtain your data?
The personal data we process at FSI Training are always provided by the data subject.
The categories of data processed are: identification data, account and card numbers, postal or e-mail addresses and professional curriculum vitae. No specially protected data are processed.
