Professional Career

With over seven years of collegiate experience, BJ Callaghan worked at Villanova University, serving as an assistant coach for the men’s soccer team for five years before taking on the role of associate head coach for two additional years. His responsibilities at Villanova ranged from tactical planning to technical skill development for collegiate players. His expertise in goalkeeper preparation and experience managing youth teams make him a key asset in developing young talent at the Philadelphia Union Academy.
