Professional Career

Carlos began his career in smaller clubs, where he honed his skills and developed a unique methodology. He gradually moved up to intermediate teams and eventually elite clubs like RC Celta and FC Barcelona. At RC Celta, he served as Academy Director and First Team Assistant for eight years, playing a pivotal role in player development. At FC Barcelona, he worked as Technical Assistant for the reserve team for four years, further cementing his expertise in training and sports management.
Carlos also led SD Huesca to promotion to Spain's Second Division and managed teams like Gimnástica Segoviana and Puente Castro FC. He worked as a scout for Villarreal CF, showcasing his adaptability and broad skill set within professional football. In addition to his practical roles, Carlos is an educator and international speaker, sharing his knowledge at renowned academic and sports events. His extensive experience positions him as a key figure in managing and developing ambitious football projects.
