Professional Career
Cristoforo began his career as a fitness coach at Lodigiani in 2008. From 2011 to 2013, he worked with A.S. Roma, refining his expertise in physical training. He then joined Aspire Academy in Qatar, where he served as a performance analyst for four years. In 2017, he became the fitness coach for US Salernitana 1919 in Italy, leading rehabilitation programs and optimizing players' physical performance for three seasons.
Since 2020, Cristoforo has been a vital part of the Paris Saint-Germain coaching staff, contributing to the team’s sporting success. He holds a PhD in Advanced Technology in Sports Science from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where his thesis focused on football performance analysis, covering both physical and sport-specific metrics. He also earned a degree in Sports Science from the same institution.
