Since 1999, Fernando has served as a physical trainer for numerous elite athletes. His expertise includes the use of vectorial functional training devices for sports performance. He is also an external consultant for federations and professional teams across Europe. Since 2013, he has been a part of the Athlete Care Unit at San Juan de Dios Hospital. In 2016, he joined the European University of the Canary Islands as a professor in the Health Sciences Department, teaching in master's programs related to sports rehabilitation and performance. Fernando actively contributes to the training of coaches and specialists in high-performance sports, sharing his experience and knowledge in both academic and professional contexts.
