Javi Enríquez provides personalized training for professional football referees and coaches, specializing in coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), leadership, and emotional management. His holistic and practical approach aims to transform rather than simply train, tailoring his methods to the individual needs of his clients.
Professional Career
Javi began his football career at RCD Espanyol and FC Barcelona, later playing for teams such as CE Sabadell, UE Sant Andreu, and CE Hospitalet. His transition into tactical analysis started during his time at Valencia CF, where he founded a football-focused audiovisual production company and created the club's audiovisual department. He is recognized as one of the first professional football analysts, starting his work in 1993.
Javi has been part of the coaching staff for teams like Rayo Vallecano, Atlético de Madrid, and Valencia CF, collaborating with renowned coaches such as Jorge Valdano, Claudio Ranieri, and Luis Aragonés. With the latter, he experienced success at Euro 2008 and worked in the 2006 World Cup and at Fenerbahçe in Turkey.
As a trainer, Javi has lectured in programs such as the UEFA-Pro courses of the RFEF and the Master’s in Sports Management, as well as directing an Advanced Course in Sports Coaching for football coaches. His teaching integrates psychology, communication, and leadership, adapting to the specific demands of each client.
