Luka Milanovic

Currently

Luka Milanovic has been a member of UEFA's Fitness Advisory Group since September 2024. He is also an associate professor at the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb, where he has been teaching for over 20 years. Since 2019, he has served as a professor at FSI Training. Additionally, he is the co-owner and head of development and education at Biotrening, a lifestyle medicine center in Zagreb. He has been the fitness coach for the Croatian national football team since 2018, contributing to their campaigns in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, and the 2023 UEFA Nations League.

Professional Career

Luka has extensive experience in strength and conditioning training. He served as an assistant fitness coach for the Croatian Football Federation between 2014 and 2015 and as the head of fitness at FC Rostov in Russia in 2015. Previously, he worked with the Croatian Basketball Federation, participating in the 2008 Olympic Games and multiple World and European Championships. He was also the coach for MMA fighter Mirko Filipovic's team and the head of fitness at FC Zagreb from 2007 to 2009.
