Raquel Urbano is the founder of Synergic Clinic, where she has spent the past eight years providing specialized services in physical rehabilitation and sports health. She is also a professor at FSI Training and the Master's in Coaching at the Universidad Europea de Canarias, teaching courses on physical preparation and injury rehabilitation in elite football.

Raquel has extensive experience in professional sports, particularly in football. She served as a rehabilitation specialist for the men's first team of Real Betis Balompié for three years and as the coordinator of the rehabilitation area and data analyst for the first team between 2015 and 2016. She also held the role of rehabilitation coordinator for the club's youth academy. Her academic and professional journey has enabled her to lead high-level projects focused on injury prevention and recovery for elite athletes.
