Rubén Pons

Rubén Pons is a physiotherapist at Liverpool FC and served as the Head Physiotherapist at Villarreal CF from 2005 to 2010. Throughout his career, he has collaborated externally with prestigious clubs such as Newcastle, Swansea, Arsenal, Valencia CF, and Lazio.

Additional Training

Rubén holds a degree in Physiotherapy and a master's in Structural Osteopathy. He has completed postgraduate studies in physiotherapy specializing in myofascial treatment. He has also received training in various techniques, including Intratissue Percutaneous Electrolysis (E.P.I), segmental spinal sensitization, percutaneous neuromodulation, tensiomyography, and posturology. Additionally, he holds a master's in Nutrition and Orthomolecular Medicine, focusing on physical exercise and musculoskeletal and rheumatic conditions.
