Susana Ferreras has been a Data Scientist at Arsenal F.C. since 2018, where she supports the club’s decision-making processes by creating models, tools, and analyses that benefit the first team, academy, and overall club strategy.

Professional Background

Before joining Arsenal, Susana spent a decade in the telecommunications sector, leading business intelligence and data analytics projects. She also worked as a team manager for the Spanish women’s basketball team, participating in multiple international tournaments, including the Olympics. Additionally, Susana has co-directed a master’s program in Big Data and served as a lecturer in various postgraduate programs.
