Víctor Sánchez Lladó has been an assistant coach at U.S. Salernitana 1919 since February 2023, contributing to the planning and management of the team in Italy's Serie A.

Throughout his career, he has worked as an assistant coach for several top-tier teams, including Clube de Regatas do Flamengo in Brazil, the Polish Football Federation (PZPN), FC Girondins de Bordeaux in France, and Tianjin Quanjian F.C. in China. Víctor has extensive experience in technical direction and player development across various countries and contexts.

Education

Víctor holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya. Additionally, he has earned the UEFA Pro License, the highest certification for coaches, granted by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
