Alfredo Santalla

Alfredo Santalla is a Professor of Exercise Physiology at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain) and Director of studies of the Master in Football Strength and Conditioning at the Football Science Institute. Part of his research activity focuses on performance evaluation, load control and physiological adaptations in football. He combines his teaching and research work with consulting tasks in professional football players, where he focuses on the evaluation of the soccer player in the laboratory, his biological control and the design of nutritional and ergogenic plans.
