Martino Franchi is an Sports Scientist, currently Assistant Professor at University of Padova, Italy. His academical background includes a Bachelor in Sport Science at Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano; Masters in Sports Science at Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano; and a Masters and Doctorate in Skeletal Muscle Physiology at Manchester Metropolitan University; and he is an expert, with an integrative physiology approach, on the architectural, functional, morphological and molecular mechanisms of skeletal muscle remodeling in response to different types of exercise (mainly Eccentric vs. Concentric vs. Conventional Resistance Exercise Training).
