It will be examined injury prevention testing (eccentric, isokinetic strength and biomechanical testing). The module also includes analysis of plantar biomechanics of the foot and boot fitting to prevent injury.

This module focuses on the development of effective training methods to prevent injuries in soccer players. The course covers several important topics, such as the physiological basis of mobility, flexibility and range of motion training.

It also provides an in-depth understanding of strength training and deceleration training methods, from the theoretical basis of deceleration training to practical application with the objective of developing effective training programs for soccer players.

This module includes hands-on workshops on eccentric pulley training, core strength training, and cutting movement quality evaluation using the Cutting Movement Assessment Score (CMAS). Technical models and training strategies for improving change of direction performance and mitigating injury risk are also discussed.

This module focuses on workload control for physical trainers. The course covers a range of technical means to control the workload of players, with the best specialists in the field sharing their knowledge.
