24 Mar FSI named educational partner at the 5th Annual Science4Football Congress in Warsaw, organized by Legia Warsaw

On May 1st and 2nd, 2023, the fifth edition of the Science4Football congress will take place in Warsaw, Poland, organized annually by Legia Warsaw.

This event will feature FSI as an educational partner of the congress, through the presentations of distinguished professors such as Bernardo Requena, Javi Mallo, Fabio Nakamura, Alberto Filter, Álvaro Reina, and Matt Jones, who will share their knowledge and experiences with the attendees of the congress, covering the following topics:

• “Technical-tactical reconditioning process” – Bernardo Requena
• “Design of training tasks in relation to the team’s Game Model” – Javier Mallo
• “High-intensity actions in football and Curve Sprint Test” – Alberto Filter
• “Football tactical analysis” – Álvaro Reina
• “Food for the brain” – Matt Jones
• “Muscle power and plyometric training in football” – Fabio Nakamura

The congress will take place at the Legia Stadium and the Legia Training Centre, where theory and practice will be combined through various presentations to showcase the latest innovations in the world of football. In addition, professionals from recognized clubs will participate, sharing their practical and proven knowledge and technologies in the field of sports.
