Currently: Applied Sport Scientist at the Buffalo Bills NFL team in the USA
2015: She moved to the USA, initially to work in the NHL with the Buffalo Sabres ice hockey team, before moving across to the Bills
Sport Scientist: Chelsea Football Club for five seasons, progressing from an intern to Lead Sport Scientist. During this time, she was involved in victorious campaigns in the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and FA Youth Cup. After leaving Chelsea, she worked as a Sports Scientist with Brighton and Hove Albion
Academic background: Jo graduated from Loughborough University with a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and holds a Masters degree in High Performance Sport with the Australian Catholic University
Research papers: She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and lectures for the Australian Catholic University and University of Technology Sydney
