Yann Le Meur is a sports scientist, founder of YLMSportScience app / website, and performance consultant for several top-level athletes. He is worldwide recognized for his labour spreading sports science knowledge in a comprehensive and practical manner through the use of infographics.
He was working from 2016 to 2019 at: AS Monaco Football Club as scientific advisor of the club.
Expert in: Physiology of Exercise from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, and his main research interests focus on performance analysis, training methodology, prevention of overreaching and recovery (~40 scientific publications).
Currently: He is editorial member of different scientific journals (Sports Medicine, British Journal of Sport Medicine, Science & Medicine in Football, European Journal of Sports Sciences & International Journal of Sport Nutrition, Exercise and Metabolism).
