Adrien Tarascon is an Assistant Coach at Stade de Reims since July 2024. His work focuses on the tactical and technical development of the team, as well as strengthening the connection between the first team and the club’s academy. His approach includes individual and group sessions to optimize player performance across all categories.

Professional Background

Adrien has a solid track record in professional football. Before joining Stade de Reims, he worked at Lille OSC (2021-2024) as Head of Player Development and Methodology, where he designed individualized programs, developed a new game model for the academy, and led scouting strategies for the first team. At AS Monaco (2020-2021), he implemented data-driven recruitment strategies, contributing to the signing of standout players such as Aurélien Tchouaméni and Youssouf Fofana, and developed specific training methodologies for emerging talents.
During his tenure at Paris Saint-Germain (2015-2020), he led the Game Analysis and Information Systems department, working closely with the coaching staff to implement an offensive game model and individualized methodologies for the first team. He also coordinated scouting and opposition analysis, integrating advanced technology and customized metrics.
Adrien began his career as International Development Project Manager (2014-2015), which allowed him to build a comprehensive vision of professional football from an international perspective. His expertise spans tactical analysis, player development, and the implementation of data-driven performance strategies, establishing him as a key professional in elite football.
