At FSI Training, we process the information provided by data subjects in order to deliver the requested services. We will never send advertising communications without first obtaining your consent.

The personal data you provide through our website fsi.training, by email or when contracting any service, will be retained for as long as the service is provided and/or for the purposes of any potential legal liabilities.

The legal basis for processing your data is the provision of the services you request from us.
To Whom Will Your Data Be Disclosed?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the company without your consent. However, for the provision of the service depending on the contracted option, some of our service providers may have access to the information you provide. All third parties with whom FSI Training works comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
This information is detailed in our Data Processing Agreement, which must be signed by the client at the time of accepting the contract for any service provided by FSI Training.
What Are Your Rights Once You Have Provided Us with Your Data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not FSI is processing personal data concerning them.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In addition, you may exercise the right to data portability regarding the information that FSI holds about you. Such data will always be provided in a commonly used, readable format. You may also request the cancellation and deletion of the data we hold about you, provided that such deletion does not imply non-compliance with applicable legislation; in such cases, the data will be blocked solely for the purposes required under that legislation.

How Do We Obtain Your Data?
The personal data processed by FSI Training are always provided directly by the data subject.
The categories of data processed include: identification data, bank account and card numbers, postal or email addresses, and professional curriculum vitae. No special categories of personal data are processed.
