Cristina Fink is a sports psychologist with expertise in psychological assessment and managing the environment of football players. She currently serves as the Director of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation at Bryn Mawr College, where she leads programs focused on the holistic development of student-athletes.
Professional Career
As a member of the International Network of Football Psychologists (INFP), Cristina has collaborated with psychologists from top-tier football clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea, and Real Sociedad. Her extensive experience includes serving as Director of the Sports Psychology Department for the Philadelphia Union (USA) and working with national teams in football, athletics, pentathlon, swimming, and taekwondo across three Olympic Games (2000, 2004, and 2008).
A former Olympian herself, Cristina competed in the 1988 Seoul and 1992 Barcelona Games, giving her unique insight into the psychological demands of elite sport. Her career bridges elite sports competition with academic commitment, fostering psychological resilience and performance optimization in athletes.
