Daniel Sánchez

Daniel Sánchez Petitfaux has been the Director of Scouting at Kynisca Sports Management since August 2024. With over 24 seasons in professional football, he combines his expertise in scouting, coaching, and coordination within elite academies and clubs.

Professional Career

Daniel worked at FC Barcelona for seven years, initially as an assistant coach for the women’s team (2017-2019) and later in the scouting department (2019-2024). Prior to that, he was Technical Director at OTS Academy in Canada and Program Coordinator for the Cesc Fàbregas Academy, as well as a coach at the Barcelona Training Academy in Denmark. In Spain, he has held technical roles at clubs such as CF Damm, CE Mataró, and UE Vilassar de Mar. His experience ranges from developing young talent in youth categories to coordinating sports departments in first-division teams. He also served as an Associate Professor at the Football Science Institute, sharing his knowledge in football methodology and analysis.
Daniel is recognized for his ability to identify and develop football talent, combining tactical analysis with comprehensive training in multicultural environments.
