Carcedo served as Unai Emery's assistant coach for many years, working together at elite clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Sevilla FC, Arsenal, and Pafos FC. Together, they achieved significant titles, including the UEFA Europa League. Before transitioning to a head coach role, he gained vast experience in team management and game strategies across Europe’s top leagues.
