Mark Curtis has been the Assistant Head of Recruitment at Arsenal F.C. since July 2023, overseeing global recruitment strategy and scouting operations. His role focuses on identifying emerging and senior talent and implementing technologies to optimize recruitment processes.

Professional Career

Mark began his career at Arsenal F.C. as a Senior Football Analyst for the First Team, a role he held from June 2015 to January 2019. During this time, he conducted opponent analyses and developed performance infrastructures for the team. He later became the Lead Football Analyst for the First Team from January 2019 to December 2020, managing the analysis staff and delivering weekly opponent reports. In October 2020, he transitioned to the role of First Team Scout, focusing on scouting in European and domestic markets, developing reporting platforms, and utilizing video analysis. Throughout his career, Mark has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving team performance and discovering new talent.
