Ricardo Molina

Ricardo Molina serves as the Goalkeeper Coach for the first team of Unión Deportiva Almería, contributing for over a decade to the development of goalkeepers in both the youth academy and the professional team. He is also a professor at FSI Training, where he shares his extensive expertise and knowledge in specialized goalkeeper training.
Professional Background
Ricardo was a professional goalkeeper for more than 10 years, playing for teams such as UD Almería, Alicante CF, Orihuela CF, CF Badalona, and UCAM CF. After retiring as a player, he began his coaching career in 2013, taking on the role of Goalkeeper Coordinator for UD Almería's youth academy until 2018. Throughout his career, he has worked with esteemed coaches such as Miguel Rivera, Fran Fernández, Lucas Alcaraz, Vicente Moreno, and Gaizka Garitano, adapting his methodologies to meet the demands of each team and player.
Academic Background
With a solid career in professional football, Ricardo has successfully transitioned his on-field experience into training the next generation of goalkeepers. His approach focuses on the technical and tactical development of goalkeepers, optimizing their skills and preparing them for the challenges of elite football.
