With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in foot care for runners and athletes, addressing issues such as chiropody, gait analysis, nail diseases, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, and podiatric surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Alfaro has been a professor of biomechanics and podiatry at various universities, including Universidad Manresa-FUB, Universidad de Comillas, and Universidad San Jorge. He has made significant contributions to research and is the co-inventor of multiple national and international patents.
