Yann Le Meur

Yann is the Head of Athletic Development at AS Monaco. He is also the founder of the YLMSportScience app and website and works as a performance consultant for several elite athletes.
Professional Background
Yann earned his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis. His main research areas include performance analysis, training methodology, overtraining prevention, and recovery. He has published around 40 scientific articles on these topics. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial board of various scientific journals, including Sports Medicine, British Journal of Sport Medicine, Science & Medicine in Football, European Journal of Sports Sciences, and the International Journal of Sport Nutrition, Exercise and Metabolism. Yann is globally recognized for his contributions to sports science communication, excelling in delivering knowledge in a clear and practical manner, particularly through infographics.
