Brad Papson has developed his professional career within elite football organisations, specialising in health-led performance models and collaborative work between medical, performance, and technical departments.

Since joining Philadelphia Union in 2017, he has played a key role in the design and coordination of systems aimed at improving player durability, availability, and long-term development within a high-performance football context.
