His role at FSI Training

Enda King is part of the FSI Training faculty, providing an international reference in advanced rehabilitation and biomechanics applied to performance, with a rigorous focus on safe and efficient return to competition.

Currently

He serves as Head of Elite Performance and Development at Aspetar, where he leads rehabilitation, performance, and athlete development programmes within one of the world’s leading sports medicine centres.

Professional background

He holds a PhD from the University of Roehampton, with research focused on the application of three-dimensional biomechanical analysis to recovery following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

He has worked with elite athletes and teams across sports such as football, the NBA, NFL, NHL, rugby, and UFC, integrating physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and movement analysis in high-performance settings.

With more than 80 peer-reviewed publications and chapters in key reference texts, his work has become an international benchmark in ACL rehabilitation, athletic groin pain, and performance optimisation from a biomechanical perspective.
