Nuria Granados is part of the FSI Training faculty, providing an integrated perspective on evidence-based sports nutrition, with a strong focus on nutritional personalisation in high-performance environments.

Currently

She currently serves as Head of Nutrition at RCD Mallorca, where she leads nutritional planning aimed at optimising performance, health, and competitive availability of professional football players.

Professional background

She has over fifteen years of experience advising athletes across multiple disciplines, combining work within professional clubs, sports medicine centres, and specialised clinical practice.

She is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, biologist, and biochemist, holding a PhD in Nutrigenomics and Personalised Nutrition, with a strong research background in nutrient–gene interactions, muscle function, and perinatal nutrition.

Her profile is further strengthened by extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in nutrition and sports nutrition, as well as direct experience as a coach and athlete, reinforcing a practical, performance-oriented approach.
