Ricardo Molina is part of the FSI Training faculty, contributing his expertise in specialised goalkeeper training and performance optimisation in professional football, bringing the daily reality of elite work into the academic environment.

Currently

He serves as First Team Goalkeeper Coach at Unión Deportiva Almería, where he has developed sustained work for more than a decade in the development and consolidation of goalkeepers at both academy and professional levels.

Professional background

He was a professional goalkeeper for over ten years, competing for clubs such as UD Almería, Alicante CF, Orihuela CF, CF Badalona, and UCAM CF. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the technical, tactical, and mental demands of the position.

After retiring as a player, he began his career as a goalkeeper coach and coordinated the academy goalkeeper department at UD Almería. His approach focuses on the technical and tactical development of goalkeepers and on adapting methodology to the demands of elite football.
