He serves as physiotherapist at Liverpool FC, where he supports treatment, recovery, and competitive availability processes for elite players. His work integrates clinical intervention, load management, and close collaboration with medical and coaching staff.

Professional background

He was Head Physiotherapist at Villarreal CF between 2005 and 2010, leading first-team treatment and rehabilitation programmes. He has also collaborated with clubs such as Newcastle, Swansea, Arsenal, Valencia CF, and Lazio, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.

Holding a degree in Physiotherapy and a master’s in structural osteopathy, he has completed advanced training in myofascial treatment, percutaneous electrolysis, and neuromodulation. His approach combines scientific evidence and clinical practice to enhance performance and reduce re-injury risk in professional football.
