Hannah Sheridan
Currently
Hannah Sheridan is the Head of Performance and Female Athlete Health at Tottenham Hotspur Women’s FC, where she also leads the club’s nutrition initiatives. She is a nutrition consultant for Intra Performance Group and a UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) accredited educator. Her approach combines sports science, nutrition, and health to optimize the performance of elite athletes.
Professional Career
Hannah has over a decade of experience in sports nutrition and science. She began her career as a nutritionist and assistant sports scientist at Watford FC Ladies and Watford Academy. She also worked with Luton Diving Club and served as a nutrition consultant for England Hockey. Her career includes developing hydration strategies, dietary analysis, and educational workshops at various athletic levels.
Since 2017, she has been leading nutrition efforts at Tottenham Hotspur FC, and in 2023, she assumed her current role with the women’s team. She was also a researcher at the University of Stirling, co-authoring a systematic review on hydration with Professor Stuart Galloway. Previously, she directed nutrition at the High Performance Centre of the University of Birmingham.
