Craig Sale has more than 20 years of experience in exercise and nutritional physiology, combining research leadership with applied work across sport, health, and human performance contexts.
His research focuses on the interaction between exercise and nutrition and their role in musculoskeletal adaptation, metabolism, and performance, with particular emphasis on bone and muscle health and performance nutrition strategies.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Nutritional Physiology, contributing extensively to the development and dissemination of evidence-based approaches in exercise and nutrition science.
