His role at FSI Training
Hannah Sheridan is part of the FSI Training faculty, contributing an applied perspective in sports nutrition and female athlete health, integrating science, performance, and wellbeing in elite environments.
Currently
She is Head of Performance & Female Athlete Health at Tottenham Hotspur Women’s FC and the club’s lead nutritionist. She also works as a consultant for Intra Performance Group and is an accredited educator for UK Anti-Doping (UKAD).
Professional background
She has more than a decade of experience in sports nutrition and sport science, working with professional clubs and national organisations to design nutrition, hydration, and recovery strategies for high-performance athletes.
Since 2017, she has led nutrition services at Tottenham Hotspur FC and previously held the role of Lead Sports Nutritionist at the High Performance Centre of the University of Birmingham, combining applied practice with education.
Her profile is strengthened by research experience at the University of Stirling and a strong background in anti-doping education, delivering an evidence-based approach with a clear focus on effective transfer to athletic performance.
