There is no better way to consolidate everything learned in your Master’s programme than through real experience in a club. Internships are voluntary; each student decides whether to apply. The majority of our students request them, and based on their feedback, they are a highly valuable step to complete their education and secure employment afterwards.

You may apply for your internship upon completing the Master’s programme. To do so, you must review the available internship positions offered by our partner clubs. Our team evaluates your application together with the club’s staff to ensure that the requested profile aligns with both the club’s needs and the student’s background.

For your internship application to be valid, you must be up to date with the course content, have completed payment of the Master’s programme and successfully pass the selection process of both FSI Training and the club. We approach the selection, onboarding and support process of each student with rigour, as these positions involve real training responsibilities within the clubs. In many cases, they also lead to employment opportunities for our students.

Direct entry into the labour market is the true purpose of our training programmes. That is how we understand it at FSI Training. For this reason, you may request additional internship experiences if needed. We are proud to open the door to top-level football opportunities for the technical professionals of tomorrow’s football staff.
