He currently serves as Performance and Medical Director at RCD Mallorca, where he leads the medical and performance management of the first team in a highly demanding competitive environment.

Adolfo has extensive experience in top-level professional football, having held senior medical and performance roles at clubs such as Villarreal CF, Sevilla FC and Neuchâtel Xamax, combining clinical expertise with the strategic coordination of high-performance services.

Throughout his career at elite clubs, he has been part of teams competing at the highest level of European football, including the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League, contributing to major continental and domestic successes.

His professional profile is defined by a strong specialisation in Sport and Exercise Medicine, High-Performance Sport and Manual Medicine (orthopaedic and osteopathic approaches), alongside the application of advanced methods in diagnosis, injury prevention and pain management for elite athletes.
