Professional background

Carlos García Badías enjoyed a professional playing career spanning nearly 20 years, competing in top-level leagues across Europe and Asia. During this period, he played for clubs such as RCD Espanyol, UD Almería, Real Betis Balompié, and Maccabi Tel Aviv FC, among others.

Following his retirement as a player, he began his coaching career, holding technical and assistant coaching roles within clubs and football federations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

He holds a UEFA coaching licence and has completed his formal education through the Royal Spanish Football Federation, combining tactical knowledge, professional dressing-room experience, and a comprehensive understanding of the game from both player and coaching perspectives.
