She works as a consultant through C Fink Consulting, collaborating with sports and academic organisations on programmes related to athlete wellbeing, performance, and holistic development.
Professional background
She has held senior leadership roles within United States collegiate sport, including directing athletics departments and leading student-athlete welfare areas, combining institutional management with applied psychological support.
In professional football, she served as director of sport psychology at a high-performance academy and has collaborated with psychologists linked to top-level clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea FC, and Real Sociedad, within specialised international networks.
Her experience is further strengthened by participation in three Olympic Games as a sport psychologist and a previous career as an Olympic athlete, providing her with a deep and applied understanding of the psychological demands of elite sport.
