His role at FSI Training

Jaume Vives is part of the FSI Training faculty, contributing an applied perspective in training methodology and coach education, with a strong focus on talent development in youth football and regional selections.

He is a UEFA Pro licensed coach and a lecturer at the Coaches’ School of the Balearic Islands Football Federation. He currently leads the methodology area for the Balearic Islands U-15 Women’s National Team and the U-16 Men’s National Team.
