Luis Bonilla is part of the FSI Training faculty, contributing an applied perspective on football coaching and training methodology, grounded in extensive experience across youth development and professional competitive environments.

Currently

Since July 2024, he has been Head Coach of RC Celta de Vigo Juvenil B, leading the team in the Liga Nacional Juvenil and focusing on the competitive and long-term development of young players.

Professional background

He has built a broad professional career in football, working as head coach and assistant coach across different national competitive levels. His work within RC Celta de Vigo includes leading Celta C Gran Peña in the Spanish Tercera Federación.

At international level, he was part of the first team staff of Udinese Calcio in Serie A, where he served as assistant coach and head of methodology, contributing to performance planning and collective game development.

His profile is further strengthened by experience at clubs such as RC Deportivo de La Coruña, CF Noia, and teams in Segunda División and Segunda División B, as well as an extensive teaching role at the Andalusian Football Federation Coaching School, where he delivered courses in training methodology and physical preparation.
