He currently serves on the men’s soccer coaching staff at West Virginia University, where he supports team development, match preparation, and performance processes at NCAA Division I level.
Professional background
His recent professional experience includes two seasons as Assistant Coach at Austin FC in Major League Soccer, focusing on game model implementation, training design, match preparation, and opposition analysis.
Prior to that, he spent over a decade at D.C. United, holding roles ranging from academy coach and academy director to first-team assistant coach, contributing to both player development pathways and first-team competitive performance.
Alongside his coaching career, he is co-founder of Pathway and Per90 Sporting Advisory, initiatives focused on supporting professional development and performance optimisation within football organisations, reinforcing his integrated view of coaching, leadership, and applied performance.
