Andreas Kasper is a PhD-qualified performance nutritionist with extensive experience in elite football and rugby. Throughout his career, he has worked in high-performance roles with leading clubs and national teams, including Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, AC Sparta Praha, and the English Rugby Football Union.
His work focuses on muscle physiology, muscle metabolism, and supplementation, with a strong applied approach to enhancing performance and training adaptations. He combines professional practice with scientific research, conducting studies aimed at the individualisation of elite training through cellular and molecular physiological techniques.
