We have agreements with over 40 football clubs worldwide, giving you a unique opportunity: to train directly within the internal structure of these clubs and work side by side with their technical team.
Internships are available in either a coaching staff role or as a researcher (through our FSI Labs area). In any case, our internship program is entirely voluntary and it is always open to all FSI Training students. You can choose to intern at a specific club and, if you wish, pursue additional internships with other clubs in the future.
If the internship does not match your preferences, no problem. Participation in internships is optional, and you are free to decline them. Your master’s training will remain fully valid, and you will still receive your certificate.

The objective of each master's program is to provide immediate job skills in the field of international professional soccer, beyond an academic career. Currently, our certifications are recognized by the Mexican Football Federation and the Swedish Football Association, and we are working with international universities to recognize FSI Training's certified studies.
As a student, once you have completed your training at FSI Training and fulfilled the requirements, you will receive a certificate with a security code that allows you to verify its authenticity. In addition, you will be able to download your certificate from your personal account.
Yes, students who wish to gain practical experience in a professional soccer club can apply for the internships that FSI Training periodically launches through its Membership program and in collaboration with partner soccer clubs.
They can be carried out in two ways: as interns within the technical staff or as research personnel for the club (through FSI Labs).
It is not mandatory to complete the internship to obtain the master's certificate. However, these internships represent a real opportunity to integrate into the day-to-day structure of a top-level soccer team and offer valuable experience and a gateway to the world of professional soccer.
No, you can obtain the master's certificate without completing an internship. In fact, some of our students already work in the coaching staff of professional clubs and do not need real experience. However, these internships can be very interesting if you are looking for a real opportunity in professional clubs, to put into practice the knowledge learned and start moving in this professional environment without having contacts or previous experience.
